Group workshops offer the support of your coach as well as other people moving through change. You’re part of a small community that supports one another every week.
With either option, you’ll identify issues and create simple steps to move forward. I will hold you accountable as we go, and we will adjust steps as needed. This is completely customized to you.
Private Individual Health Coaching
Are you seeking one-to-one support with your health? In these meetings, we will partner to understand your situation and goals, then create a path forward. This may include shifting your nutrition, sleep habits, activity levels, or environment. You'll receive guidance to help you set and achieve actionable goals, all with accountability and support from me. Virtual Wellness Workshops
Whether you want to lose weight, gain energy, become more fit, explore ways to change your mindset, or learn how to change your relationship with food, there’s a workshop for you here. I’ve led workshops for 10 years and specialize in group dynamics. This means you’ll come with intention, experience great energy and solutions, and leave each workshop with a doable plan for reaching your goals.
